Falk Runge

Falk Runge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive search and family business management. Since May 2009, Falk Runge has held multiple leadership roles at Kienbaum, including Managing Director & Partner in both Family Businesses and Executive Search, as well as Executive Vice President & Partner, Head of Region South, and Vice President, Head of the Munich Branch. Prior to Kienbaum, Falk Runge served at Mercuri Urval from 1994 to 2009, where roles included Vice President and Business Unit Manager for the Munich Branch. Falk Runge started a military career at Bundeswehr from 1983 to 1993, culminating as Kompaniechef. Educationally, Falk Runge earned a Diplom in Pädagogik from Helmut-Schmidt-Universität/Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg between 1986 and 1990.
