Holger Jahn

Holger Jahn currently serves as the Executive Director of Compensation & Performance Management at Kienbaum, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Holger worked as a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry from September 2019 to March 2024 and led the Executive Compensation team at Towers Watson from September 2011 to August 2019. Holger's professional journey also includes experience as a Senior Consultant at both Deloitte Consulting (January 2008 - July 2011) and Aon Hewitt (April 2005 - December 2007). Holger earned a Diplom in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from The University of Göttingen between 1996 and 2002 and also studied at ESCI Fontainebleau during 1998-1999.
