Jan Westerink

Jan Westerink is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in personnel and management consultancy and executive search. Since October 2020, Jan has served as a Senior Advisor at Kienbaum, a prominent European consultancy celebrating its 75th anniversary. Previously, Jan held the position of Client Partner in the Consumer Goods Practice Benelux at Pedersen & Partners from January 2018 to May 2020. Prior experience includes a partnership at DHR International in the Consumer & Retail Practice Europe from February 2010 to December 2017 and various roles at Korn/Ferry from 1995 to 2009, including Client Partner and Principal. Jan's career began at VNU in several commercial positions from 1989 to 1995. Jan holds a DRS degree in History from Leiden University, completed in 1989.
