Jochen Kienbaum

In 1979 he joined the management of the Kienbaum Group as a managing partner and was Chairman of the Management Board of Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH from 1986 to 2017.

Jochen Kienbaum is a proven expert in all questions of human value business, especially in the search for managing directors, board members and supervisory boards. In 1999 and 2000 he was President of the Federal Association of German Management Consultants (BDU), of which Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH has been a member since 1954. In 2017 Jochen Kienbaum was named honorary chairman of the BDU.

In 2019, the career service expert Jochen Kienbaum awarded a special prize for his life's work for his outstanding performance and his special commitment to the consulting industry in Germany as part of the “Headhunter of the Year” gala.
