Niko Varwig

Niko Varwig is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business consulting and HR transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Business Partnering for INTERSPORT Deutschland e.G. since January 2019, Niko also holds a position as a Senior Consultant at Kienbaum, focusing on HR Transformation, Technology, and Innovation. Prior experience includes a role as a Consultant at Detecon International GmbH, where Niko contributed to management consulting combined with technological expertise. Niko's early career features internships at Capgemini Consulting in CIO Advisory Services, Siemens in Supply Chain Management, and Brune & Company in gastronomy. Niko holds a Master of Science in International Management from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Management from Hanze University, complemented by an exchange semester at Bangkok University.
