Vera Lehmann

Vera Lehmann is a senior HR leader with nearly 20 years of experience and a successful track record in talent management and organizational development. They served as the Global Head of People Growth and Talent Acquisition at Boehringer Ingelheim, where they were accountable for strategic talent management and led a team of HR experts. Currently, Vera is the Executive Director of HR & Organisation Transformation at Kienbaum, supporting clients in HR and company transformation. Additionally, they have held a variety of senior HR positions across notable companies such as Deutsche Bank, Siemens, and Allianz Global Investors. Vera holds a Diplom in Psychology from Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and Universität St.Gallen.
