Since 1986, KIER has grown from a small family development company into one of the Intermountain West’s most respected builders of multi-unit and commercial projects. Our work ranges from interior renovations to some of the region’s most recognizable mixed-use and multifamily communities.

Our Approach.
We build through collaboration — partnering with clients, architects, and subcontractors to deliver successful, cost-efficient projects. Our extensive experience ensures the right expertise for every job, with proactive preconstruction planning that identifies challenges early and keeps projects aligned with budget and schedule goals.

Experience the Difference.
At KIER, leadership is hands-on and relationships come first. Our principals remain actively involved in every project, ensuring personal attention, accountability, and a commitment to quality that defines the KIER difference.
