Beth Dutton

Beth Dutton is an experienced professional currently serving as a Sentinel Coordinator at Kier Group since September 2023, following a successful tenure in a similar role at Buckingham Group Contracting Ltd from September 2018 to August 2023. In both positions, Beth has been responsible for conducting Pre-Sponsorship checks, arranging sponsorships and onboarding, organizing training and medical assessments, managing drug screenings, maintaining a skills matrix, updating the sentinel database, and coordinating Track Visitor Permits. Prior to this, Beth held the position of Administrator, where responsibilities included processing timesheets, managing leave, ordering supplies, and maintaining employee records. Beth began professional development as an HR Recruitment Apprentice at Stoke-on-Trent City Council and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing with HR from the University of Derby.
