Marcel Haasters

Marcel Haasters has extensive experience in talent management and business development, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management, Managing Director, and Head of Branches Switzerland at Kieser Training AG since October 2005. Marcel has overseen international expansion projects across several countries, including Australia, Singapore, Spain, the Czech Republic, and the Netherlands, while also focusing on staff development and project management. Prior to this role, Marcel was a Franchise Manager and Tutor at Kieser Training GmbH Germany from May 2002 to October 2005, where responsibilities included project development and staff training. Marcel holds a Primary Certificate in Performance Coaching from the International Academy for Professional Development Ltd. and a Master of Science from the German Sport University Cologne.
