Alex Farquhar

Alex Farquhar currently serves as the Strategic Partnerships Lead at Kieser Australia since October 2025. Previously, Alex held multiple roles at batyr from March 2021 to October 2025, including Acting Head of Programs, State Manager for QLD/N-NSW, Community and Relationships Lead, and Program Coordinator for QLD/ACT. Additionally, Alex worked as Projects and Operations Lead and Carer Engagement Officer at SuperCarers, addressing social care challenges and enhancing user engagement. Experience at Brotherhood of St Laurence as a Local Area Coordinator involved supporting individuals with disabilities in accessing necessary services and NDIS planning. Prior positions included Assistant Manager at Lorna Jane, Project Event Coordinator at YMCA for the TeamUp initiative, and Retail Associate at Seed Heritage. Alex completed a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of International Development at La Trobe University, along with certifications in Auslan and Family and Community Services.
