Caleb Starnes

Caleb Starnes is a construction professional with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Pittsburg State University and a prior degree in Construction Engineering Technologies from Oklahoma State University. Since June 2022, Caleb has been employed at Kiewit as a Lead Structures Field Engineer, focusing on structures, concrete paving, and drainage for the TFC Border Fence project. Previous roles at Kiewit include Office/Field Engineer with a concentration on asphalt paving and grading, as well as Field Engineer for concrete structures related to the Border Wall. Additionally, Caleb has experience as an Estimating Engineer for an LNG project, Assistant Project Manager at L. G. Barcus and Sons, Inc., and Assistant Superintendent at Cimarron Construction Company, alongside early work as a Laborer at Stillwater Milling Company.
