Chad Carter

Chad Carter is an accomplished engineering professional with a strong background in infrastructure systems and project management. Currently serving as the Sr. Vice President of Infrastructure Systems at Kiewit since June 2019, Chad leads the systems engineering strategy and deployment for design-build and EPC markets. Previously, Chad held multiple senior roles at Parsons Corporation from July 2010 to June 2019, including Senior Vice President of the Systems Division and Vice President of Rail Systems. Experience also includes key positions at ALSTOM Signaling from 2001 to 2010, and earlier roles at Sunoco. Chad holds an MBA from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
