Chen Zou

Chen Zou is a seasoned professional in electrical engineering with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Kiewit since September 2025, Chen previously worked as an Engineering Manager at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), overseeing Traction Power/AC-SCADA systems and the Zero Emission Electric Bus system. Prior experience includes roles at HNTB as a Project Engineer, responsible for various aspects of traction power system design, and at Parsons Corporation as a Senior Traction Power Engineer, contributing to the Dulles Metro Rail Project.
