Devon Harding

Devon Harding is an experienced lead control room operator with a diverse background in power plant and mechanical operations. Since June 2022, Devon has been serving as a Lead Control Room Operator at Kiewit, while also holding a similar position at McDermott International Inc. since August 2018. Previous roles include Lead Control Room/Mechanical Commissioning at Gemma Power Systems from July 2017 to August 2018, Owner Representative Operations/Mechanical at Exelon Generation, and Control Room Supervisor/Mechanical at Gemma Power Systems. Devon’s experience is further complemented by earlier positions in mechanical and control operations across several companies, including Shanahan Engineering and Progress Energy, showcasing a strong commitment to commissioning and training staff in power plant operations.
