Drew Marley

Drew Marley has extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles, most recently serving as a Substation Engineer at Kiewit since June 2025. Prior positions include Transmission Engineer focusing on Production Standards and Protection & Controls at Duke Energy Corporation, where responsibilities involved updating design standards and completing various design projects. Additionally, Drew held internships at Siemens Energy, responsible for developing databases and supporting system behavior analysis, and at Duke Energy Corporation's Hydro Regional Services, emphasizing safety and outage management. In leadership, Drew served as President and Vice President of the Tau Beta Pi NC A Chapter, overseeing operations and events while enhancing networking skills through national conventions. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a 4.0 GPA from North Carolina State University and a High School Diploma with a focus on engineering.
