Ed Toms serves as the Alternative Delivery Director for Hydropower, Dams, and Hydraulic Structures at Kiewit since September 2022, where responsibilities include driving market growth and promoting sustainable water resource management. In addition, Ed is a Board Member of the United States Society on Dams, focusing on dam safety and climate change resilience. Prior experience spans multiple leadership roles at AECOM, URS Corporation, Boyle Engineering, Frederic R. Harris/ECI, and HCE, with a strong focus on water-related projects. Ed holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. Notably, Ed also served in the US Army, earning the Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster - Commendation Medal.
