Eric Garcia has extensive experience in engineering and management roles, currently serving as a Project Engineer/Superintendent at Kiewit since September 2020. Prior to this, Eric worked as a Consultant for OnPrem Solution Partners, providing strategic advice to Fortune 500 clients on technology-driven solutions. Eric also held the position of Manager of Operations at Camrosa Water District, overseeing a team responsible for maintaining compliance and safety in water systems. A former Chief of Training in the US Air Force, Eric has also served in various leadership capacities, including Flight Commander and Executive Officer, managing training and operational readiness for personnel. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution from the University of Southern California, an MBA from East Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
