Frank Smocks

Frank Smocks is a Senior Lead Civil Designer at Kiewit Power Engineers, where they have utilized over two decades of experience in civil engineering to deliver innovative infrastructure designs since 2008. Prior to this role, Frank worked as a Civil Technician IV at DuBois Consultants from 2004 to 2008. Currently, Frank is pursuing a degree in Computer Science at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they initially studied General subjects from 1983 to 1984.
