Jason Manning is a seasoned professional in the engineering field, currently serving as Vice President of Technology at Kiewit since January 2019. Manning is responsible for developing engineering sales and execution strategies across renewables, oil, gas, and chemicals markets, and has advanced through various leadership roles, including Chief Engineer of Hydrocarbon Technologies and Manager of LNG Technology. Prior experience includes roles at Black & Veatch as Process Engineering Manager and Principal Process Engineer, and at Fluor and Rohm and Haas in senior engineering positions. Manning holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Kansas. Further legal education was pursued at the University of San Diego School of Law.
