Jason Neff, PE, PMP, currently serves as Design Engineering Manager at Kiewit since December 2021. Previously, Jason held the position of Design Manager at Gannett Fleming from September 2014 to December 2021, where responsibilities included leading the Metrolink Orange County Maintenance Facility Project and managing the Tunnel Modifications Project under the Caltrain Modernization Program. Jason's early career included roles such as Office Engineer for the Caltrain Electrification Project and Project Controls Specialist for the AC Transit Bus Rapid Transit Project. Prior to Gannett Fleming, Jason worked at Traylor Bros., Inc. from April 2011 to August 2014 as an Engineer on the DC Clean Rivers Project and as an Engineer/Estimator in the Underground Division. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Villanova University, obtained between 2006 and 2010.
