Jeff Walker has extensive experience in the construction and development industry, currently serving as an Estimator at Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. since January 2011, focusing on multi-million dollar infrastructure projects. Previously, Jeff held the position of General Superintendent, where supervision of interchange construction and management of the punch list process contributed to timely project completions. As a Quality Control Manager, Jeff was involved in a significant $200 million water treatment plant upgrade project. Prior to Kiewit, Jeff was self-employed as a Developer, working on a large-scale 250-acre development that featured residential homes and mixed-use spaces. Early career experience includes a role as Project Manager at R.M. Harris Company, where responsibilities encompassed scheduling, cost management, client relations, personnel development, and engineering. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Instructional Technology from California State University, Chico.
