John Brestin

John Brestin is a collaborative leader who serves as the Design Sponsor at Kiewit and has extensive experience in executive management, particularly in complex transportation projects. Previously, they held leadership roles at COWI and STV, where they directed innovative bridge practices and managed talented engineering teams. John earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
