Karson Berjian, P.Tech (Eng), has over 18 years of experience with Kiewit, starting as a FEED Construction Manager and progressing through various leadership roles in construction and project management. Responsibilities have included providing constructability support, managing overall project schedules, overseeing heavy lift operations, and ensuring safety on-site. Berjian has managed significant projects such as the Leviathan Project for Noble Energy and the K+S Legacy Potash Mine, successfully leading teams and exceeding performance expectations. Additional expertise includes creating crane lift plans and managing the integration of complex equipment. Berjian holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
