Kyle Ostergard

Kyle Ostergard is currently an Assistant General Counsel at Kiewit, a position held since 2013, and also served as General Counsel and Risk Manager for Harder Mechanical Contractors, Inc. in 2023. Prior to these roles, Kyle practiced as a Partner at Alston & Bird LLP from 2001 to 2013, specializing in Construction and Government Contracts, as well as Litigation. Kyle began their legal career as an Associate at Ford Walker Haggerty & Behar from 1995 to 1998 and Wickwire Gavin from 2000 to 2001. Kyle holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and an MBA from the University of Southern California, as well as a B.A. in Law & Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
