Luis Mariscal is a seasoned civil engineer with expertise in project management and cost estimation, currently employed at Kiewit since May 2012. In various roles, including Project Engineer and Estimator, Luis has demonstrated a strong ability in civil estimation and contract administration, particularly in analyzing field issues and ensuring compliance with the Design Build Contract. Notable projects include the Westlake Filtration Plant Expansion for the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District and utility relocations for the I-405 Sepulveda Pass Widening Project.
