Mateus Morais

Mateus Morais, P. Eng, PMP, is a civil engineer and project manager specializing in marine works and dredging. They served as a project manager for Ocean / Océan from 2021 to 2023, overseeing marine projects on Canada's West Coast. Previously, they held key engineering roles with Vale, where they managed significant dredging and construction projects, including the billion-dollar Pier IV terminal. Mateus also worked as a dredging project manager with Fraser River Pile and Dredge (GP) Inc. and is currently a marine superintendent with Kiewit. They hold a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal do Pará and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Fundação Dom Cabral.
