Michael Owens has extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, spanning several roles in prominent organizations. Serving as Principal Geotechnical Engineer at QORE Property Sciences from May 1996 to March 2010, Michael then transitioned to Kiewit, where duties included Chief Geotechnical Engineer, Geotechnical Practice Leader, and Principal Geotechnical Engineer from September 2017 to May 2025. Michael holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Geological Engineering, obtained from Missouri University of Science and Technology between 1991 and 1996.
