Michael Schnarr

Michael Schnarr has over two decades of experience in quality assurance and engineering, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Peter Kiewit Infrastructure Co. since August 2011. In this role, Michael has developed and implemented a comprehensive QC/QA program for the VTA Cp2 Light Rail project and oversees independent QA functions. Prior experience includes roles as a Quality Manager on a $1.4 billion highway and toll road construction project, a Quality Assurance Program Manager for high-risk US Army Corp of Engineers projects at Delcan, and Chief of Operations and Planning at the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment. Michael's engineering background includes significant positions at Carter & Burgess, Harding Lawson, GeoTrans, Inc., and Roux Associates. Michael holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Waterloo, completed between 1985 and 1992.
