Mike's expertise encompasses traffic engineering, business development, and managing teams, with a proven track record of growing project teams and driving successful project financials across diverse geographic regions. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and has completed Associate degree coursework at Shoreline Community College.
