Mindy Wells

Mindy Wells is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in portfolio optimization and strategic project management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager in the Technology Group at Kiewit since January 2022, Mindy focuses on portfolio optimization through initiatives of renewal, reduction, and removal. Prior roles include Product Development & Strategic Portfolio Coordinator at Omaha Public Power District, Operations Program Manager and Scrum Master at Mutual of Omaha, and Workflow Coordinator at Gallup. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bellevue University and has pursued continuing education at Cornell University. Mindy is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE).
