Mitch Taylor

Mitch Taylor is an accomplished procurement and program management professional, currently serving as Procurement Estimate Lead for Kiewit Supply Network since May 2024, where responsibilities include leading multi-million dollar project pursuits across North America. Prior to this role, Mitch dedicated 26 years to the US Army, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and holding multiple senior leadership positions, including Senior Director of Program Management and Leader Development. Mitch successfully revived an organization across six campuses, managed large-scale construction projects valued at over $8.1 billion, and led a team of 77 consultants at the Army National Training Center. Mitch's educational background includes a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Arkansas Tech University.
