Morgan Demman

Morgan Demman is currently a Field HR Specialist and Talent Acquisition Advisor at Kiewit, responsible for recruiting approximately 200 entry-level engineers and interns annually, utilizing data analytics to meet hiring objectives, and organizing recruitment events. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Advisor at Kiewit, handling employee separations and onboarding processes in the US and Mexico, and acting as a key resource for employee support. At City+Ventures, Morgan was a Human Resources Generalist, overseeing the internship program and leading employee relations investigations. Additionally, Morgan held positions as a Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator at iJay-Apple Authorized Campus Store and as a Human Resources Intern at Lozier Corporation, contributing to various HR functions.
