Natalie Mell

Natalie Mell is a seasoned Contract Administration Manager at Kiewit, with extensive experience in construction project management and estimation. Since June 2011, Natalie has overseen contract administration for the South Central LRT Project in Downtown/South Phoenix, following a successful tenure as Chief Estimator and Senior Estimating Manager from July 2004 to June 2009. Natalie's expertise encompasses various engineering roles on projects totaling millions in budget, including significant rehabilitations of facilities, roadway reconstructions, and water and wastewater projects. A graduate of Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Natalie's multidisciplinary background enables effective management of complex projects and contract administration.
