Patrick Martin is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in estimating and project management, currently serving as a Lead Estimator and Quality Manager at Kiewit since February 2007. In these roles, responsibilities include managing project quality control plans, reviewing job submittals and RFIs, and overseeing job issues in collaboration with the USACE and Black and Veatch Design team. Previously, as a Project Engineer and Lead Tunnel Engineer, Patrick developed expertise in estimating future work and supervising tunnel excavation operations for the Devil’s Slide Tunnel project in California. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and graduation from Westside High School.
