Rae Harris is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent development and operations. Currently serving as HR Director at Kiewit from October 2020 to December 2024, Rae leads the Talent Development team and spearheads the Women in Kiewit initiative, fostering strong communication and relationships across the company and with senior leadership. Prior to this role, Rae was the Talent Development Manager for Development Design & Logistics at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from January 2009 to January 2011. Rae holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where studies were completed between January 2009 and December 2011.
