Rafe Jardin has substantial experience in civil engineering and project supervision within the construction sector. Initially serving as Engineer II at Kiewit on the San Jose Headworks 3 Project at Santa Clara County’s Waste Water Treatment Facility from February 2021 to October 2021, Rafe progressed to roles including UG Mechanical Pipe Superintendent and Engineer I during the Rosewater Wind Farm Project.
