Randy Maxwell

Randy Maxwell is an experienced project quality director currently serving at Kiewit since February 2020, overseeing quality services at major construction sites including GCGV and USGC II. Prior to this role, Randy worked as a construction quality assurance manager at Zachry Group from December 2014 to February 2020, ensuring quality services at the FLNG construction site. Randy's extensive experience includes working with ConocoPhillips from June 2006 to December 2014 in various capacities, including site quality manager for the Freeport LNG Receiving Terminal, and serving as a project quality control supervisor at Bechtel Power Corporation from 1999 to 2006 on multiple steam generator replacement projects. Earlier in Randy's career, quality specialist duties were performed at Paragon Engineering Services for notable clients such as Hess and Exxon. Educationally, Randy attended Wharton County Junior College from 1978 to 1979.
