Rick Hillert

Rick Hillert possesses extensive experience in supply chain management, with over three decades in various leadership roles. At CONSOLIDATED NUCLEAR SECURITY, LLC, Rick served as both Director and Senior Director of Supply Chain Management from September 2020 to May 2023. Prior to this, a significant tenure at McKesson from March 1990 to March 2000 as Distribution Manager involved overseeing inventory distribution and training newly appointed Distribution Center Managers. Following that, Rick held positions at Lynx Supply Inc. and Leidos, where responsibilities included managing warehouse operations, purchasing functions, and sourcing operations. Currently, in the role of Vice President for Nuclear Prime Contracts at Kiewit Nuclear Solutions since July 2025, Rick continues to lead efforts in supply chain optimization. Educational pursuits include a diploma in Auto Body Technician from Chippewa Valley Technical College and coursework in Elementary Education at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
