Roger Real

Roger Real possesses extensive experience in construction management, with a focus on energy projects. At Kiewit from March 2020 to July 2021, Roger held various roles, including Construction Manager for the Wildcat Creek Wind Project and a natural gas-fired generating facility in San Diego County. Responsibilities included managing large-scale construction projects such as the Santa Anita Dam retrofit and multiple combined cycle generating facilities. Recently, as General Superintendent and Construction Manager for KiMex CCCP Phase 1 TUXPAN since February 2023, Roger oversees the comprehensive execution of a significant project involving the design, construction, and operational commissioning of a power plant with a guaranteed capacity of 1,056.6 MW. Education was obtained at UNAM.
