Ryan Duffek

Ryan Duffek has extensive experience in accounting and payroll management, currently serving as Payroll Director at Kiewit since June 2014. Throughout tenure at Kiewit, Ryan has advanced through various roles including Payroll Manager, Compliance Manager, AR/Billings Supervisor, Audit Senior, and Senior Accountant. Prior to Kiewit, Ryan worked at The Morey Corporation as a Senior Accountant, where responsibilities included reconciling major finance accounts and assisting in month-end close preparations. Earlier career experiences include positions at Mid America Bank as a Financial Accountant and at Farmers Insurance Group of Companies as a Senior Accountant, where audit responsibilities were performed. Ryan holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from Illinois State University, earned from 1999 to 2004.
