Ryan Terrell

Ryan Terrell is an experienced mechanical engineer with a diverse background in quality management, energy performance, and mechanical design across various sectors. Currently serving as the District Quality Manager at Kiewit, Ryan oversees the implementation and effectiveness of quality management plans. Previously, Ryan founded Elite Energy Co. and directed engineering efforts to enhance building efficiency. Additional experience includes roles at Navitas ESCO as an Energy Performance and Data Analytics Manager, and at Smith and Boucher as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, where Ryan led the design of HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial projects. Earlier career roles involved serving as a Mechanical Engineer and intern at Black & Veatch, focusing on HVAC design for military and government installations. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
