Sam Chai

Sam Chai is the President of Kiewit Development Company and serves as VP Finance and Development at Kiewit Corporation, with a career focused on infrastructure development and investment. Additionally, Sam holds the role of Chief Operating Officer at Kiewit Development Company and has been involved with the Association for the Improvement of American Infrastructure as Head of P3 Finance & Development, and as Director and Board President of the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships. Sam's previous experience includes serving as Vice President at Macquarie Group, where the focus was on financing and developing Public-Private Partnership projects in Canada and Australia, and as an Analyst at Deloitte specializing in energy pricing models.
