Scott Hill

Scott Hill is an experienced professional with a diverse background in transportation management, safety evaluation, and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Regional Transportation Manager for Kiewit since September 2019, Scott oversees Canadian commercial vehicle operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws. Prior to this role, Scott was a Safety Representative at Great West Casualty Company, focusing on risk evaluation and loss prevention strategies. Scott's career also includes experience as a Life Safety Code Specialist with Daybreak Venture, LLP, where inspections and compliance assessments were conducted in long-term care facilities. With 27 years of law enforcement service, Scott retired from the Lewisville Police Department, holding various positions including Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Officer, Traffic Enforcement Officer, and Patrol Officer. Scott began law enforcement as a Deputy Sheriff with the Denton County Sheriff's Department. Education was pursued at Dallas College North Lake Campus from 1991 to 1992.
