Sharon Beck is an accomplished Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master at Kiewit, with a career spanning over 25 years in project management across various industries. Beginning as a Project Manager at First Data Resources, Sharon advanced through roles including Software Development Manager and Lead I/S Analyst at Mutual of Omaha, where responsibility included overseeing numerous projects in the group insurance division. Transitioning to Aureus Group as an IT Project Manager, Sharon further honed project management skills before taking on the significant role of managing projects for Mutual of Omaha’s conversion from Facets to IDX at Coventry Healthcare. In addition to corporate roles, Sharon owned and operated a small business, KIDS DECOR N' MORE. An alumnus of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Sharon holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with a focus on Psychology.
