Simon Gagne

Simon Gagne is a seasoned Project Director with extensive experience in managing large infrastructure projects, primarily at Kiewit. Since April 2023, Simon has focused on the Little Long Dam Safety Project. Previously, from January 2011 to June 2019, Simon served as the Project Director and design build manager for the Waterloo light rail transit project, overseeing its overall design and construction. With a strong foundation in civil engineering, which includes a Bachelor of Engineering degree from both Université de Sherbrooke and EPFL, Simon has also held roles across various other projects. These roles encompassed commercial management, project management, and construction management for significant generating stations, demonstrating a robust track record of successful project execution and management.
