Taylor Phillips

Taylor Phillips is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Kiewit, with a robust background in software engineering and data science. Since joining Kiewit in September 2019, Taylor has led significant initiatives in the Energy markets, notably enhancing the Cable Routing Algorithm and implementing MLOps methodologies to streamline development processes. With a strong focus on machine learning, Taylor has been instrumental in establishing scalable infrastructure on Azure and developing key algorithms that improve analytical capabilities within the ADAPT platform. Prior experience includes a Data Science Fellowship at Galvanize Inc., where Taylor honed skills in various data science techniques and tools, and engineering roles at Harold W. Bertholf, Inc., and Energy XXI, focused on economic analysis and production engineering. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Tulsa.
