Tim Flanagan

Tim Flanagan currently serves as Vice President and Business Line Manager for Power Delivery at Kiewit, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this, Tim worked at Diversified Utility Services, Inc. as Director of Operations from March 2019 to March 2023, and at EASi as Supervisor of T&D Projects from December 2017 to February 2019. Tim's experience also includes roles as Supervisor in the Distribution Engineering Group and Project Manager at TRC Companies, Inc. from February 2013 to December 2017. Tim Flanagan's responsibilities encompass the management of operations related to design and engineering for both distribution and transmission projects, focusing on planning, scheduling, and budget estimation. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Project Management, and Economics from Clarkson University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
