Todd Hooper is an experienced project manager and engineer with a diverse background in civil engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Kiewit since January 2020, Todd is involved in the Parallel Thimble Shoal Tunnel project at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge & Tunnel. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Engineer at Dragados USA, Inc. and Project Manager at Malcolm Drilling. Earlier positions include Project Engineer at The Walsh Group, Project Manager at Thatcher Foundations, Project Engineer at Ceres Environmental Services, and a Student Worker at the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Todd began his career as an Engineering Aide Trainee with St. Louis County Public Works. Todd holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota.
