Todd Rice

Todd Rice has extensive experience in materials and logistics management, with a career spanning over 15 years in various roles. Currently serving as the West Coast Material Manager at Kiewit since November 2015, Todd has held multiple positions within the company, including Site Logistics Manager and Logistics Manager. Prior to Kiewit, Todd worked at Diamond B Constructors as a Material Manager and at Spectre and SPECTRE RESOURCES in procurement and materials coordination roles. Todd's earlier experience includes positions at Bayside USA, LLC, P2S, Anvil Corporation, JV Industrial Companies, and STARCON International, where responsibilities ranged from material inventory management to procurement and supplier communication. Todd holds a Microsoft Certified System Engineer degree from CompUSA Technical Training and graduated from Anacortes High School.
