Tom Harter

Tom Harter is the EPC Information Director at Kiewit, where they are responsible for the information strategy on major Oil, Gas, and Chemical projects. With a career spanning over 35 years, Tom has collaborated with various stakeholders across engineering and construction disciplines. Previously, they served as Document Management Director on the Cove Point LNG Expansion project, overseeing the establishment of an Electronic Document Management Program. Tom has held numerous roles within Kiewit, including Technology Lead for Virtual Design and Construction and Director of Engineering Solutions. They hold multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Bellevue University.
